[IGSMAIL-8744] Delay in IGS Rapid products of 2026240

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 5 hours in the availability of the IGS combined Rapid products for the year 2026, day 240 (GPS week 2433, day of week 5). The delay was caused by an issue in the handoff of clock products with NRL to align the clocks to IGS time. On Saturday we modified the software to bypass this handoff until it was resolved on Monday.

The Rapid products for both day 240 and day 241 have been reprocessed with clock alignment and deposited to the global data centers.
