[IGSMAIL-8743] Maintenance of the CODE computing server

Dear colleagues,

from Monday (Aug, 31) to Friday (Sep 04) the computing cluster of the 
University of Bern will get a major maintenance and cannot be used for 
our processing. We have prepared a backup system that will take over the 
related tasks. The product generation at the CODE analysis center is 
expected to continue.

It is the first time, that the backup system has to place the results on 
the new product download server. During some tests we have faced some 
issues there that need to be solved together with the central IT unit of 
the university. We are not sure whether we can sort them all out before 
the downtime.

If all breaks, the download server at www.aiub.unibe.ch/download will 
remain at the status from the next weekend (Sunday Aug. 30th) when the 
computing cluster is switched off.

To guarantee the access to our rapid and ultra rapid products the 
colleagues from BKG have established a temporary download area for the 
rapid and ultra-rapid CODE products at

https://igs.bkg.bund.de/root_ftp/IGSac/CODE/CODE/

It will contain the files from the aiub.unibe.ch/download/CODE area with 
the same naming scheme as on our server without the yearly 
subdirectories with the final products.

We thank our CODE-partners at BKG for their help to secure the access to 
our products.

We hope that all will work next week as expected and apologize already 
now for potential inconvenience.
