[IGSMAIL-8699] Announcement: GGOS Topical Meeting on Geohazards, 2 October, 2026, Gävle, Sweden

Dear Colleagues,

The Global Geodetic Observing System (GGOS) of the International Association
of Geodesy (IAG) is organising a topical meeting on the monitoring of
geohazards using geodetic techniques, with a particular focus on SAR/InSAR
techniques and regional monitoring networks. The main objective is to
network ongoing initiatives and identify scientific and operational gaps
that could be addressed within IAG/GGOS. All are cordially invited to
participate in the meeting and contribute to fruitful brainstorming on these
important topics.

The meeting will take place on 2 October 2026 in Gävle, Sweden.
Participation will be possible both online and on-site. Further information
