[IGSMAIL-8586] igs20_2361: Update including corrected COSPAR-ID for satellite R804

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2361.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) According to the IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*a69uf*_ga*NTU2NDgyMzczLjE3MzI0NzU1MTA.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTc0MTA5ODU4MC4xNS4xLjE3NDEwOTk0OTMuNjAuMC4w> two new satellites GLONASS R807 (R27) has the COPAR-ID 2025-042A (instead of 2025-040A). The entry is corrected

3) Three new antenna calibrations which have been performed by Geo++ GmbH:

-  One antenna calibration provided by tar Information Technology Co., LTD.:
       STCSDI          NONE

-  Two antenna calibrations provided by Toknav Information Technology Co., Ltd.:
       TNVT10PRO       NONE
       TNVT5           NONE
