[IGSMAIL-8512] igs20_2335.atx: Update including two new Galileo satellites (E226, E232)

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2335.atx'. It contains the following changes:


1) According to NAGU 2024038 two new Galileo satellites have been launched on the  17. September 2024.
As preliminary PCO and PV values the calibrations of satellite E224 has been used.


In accordance with the IGS satellite metadata file (https://igs.org/mgex/metadata/), the launch date has been to set the staring time of the entries:

E23 (E226): 17. September 2024
E16 (E232): 17. September 2024


2) One additional robot calibration provided by Trimble Inc. was added:

- TRMR980         NONE
