[IGSMAIL-8472] igs20_2317.atx: Update including two new Galileo satellites (E225, E227)

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2317.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) Two new Galileo satellites which have been launched on the  28. April 2024.

As preliminary PCO and PV values the calibrations for satellite E224 have been copied for both new satellites

According to CODE the Galileo satellite E29 (E225) has started transmitting on the 3. June 2024. Therefore following entry was added:
E29 (E225): 3. June 2024

For the second satellite, E06 (E227), the launch date has been used:
E206 (E227): 28. April 2024


2) Two additional robot calibration provided by Geo++ GNPCVDB have been added:

 - GPPVC6050       NONE

- GPPVC6050       GPP1



3) Two additional robot calibration provided by Trimble Inc. have been added:

- SPPSP100        NONE

- TRMR780-2       NONE

The updated antenna correction model is available at
