[IGSMAIL-8456] Delay in IGS Rapid products 23094 (2024102) [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 6 hours in the delivery of IGS Rapid products of GPS week 2309, day of week 4 (year 2024, day 102). The delay occurred because one component of the combination took longer than normal, therefore missing the automated scheduled time for uploading the products to the data centre. The products were manually uploaded to the global data centre.
