[IGSMAIL-8455] BKG GNSS Data Center: maintenance works

Dear Colleagues,

the BKG GNSS Data Center (https://igs.bkg.bund.de/) will be temporarily offline on Saturday, 13-April-2024. The reason are works on the infrastructure. Reserve is Sunday 14-April.

The BKG Real-Time Broadcaster (igs-ip.net, euref-ip.net, products.igs-ip.net) won't be affected.
