[IGSMAIL-8323] Resubmission of the IGS rapid clock products GPS week/dow 2246/4 to 2249/3 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

The IGS rapid clocks for the period between GPS week 2246, day of week 4 to GPS week 2249, day of week 3 have been resubmitted to the global data centres. This was due to an issue in the alignment of the clocks to the IGST in the originally published clocks. Satellite orbits products (SP3) and ERP products are not impacted by this change, and the PPP solutions should not be impacted by re-aligning of the clocks.
