[IGSMAIL-8285] Issues with the clock re-alignments to IGST resolved [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

It was indicated in [IGSMAIL-8224]<https://lists.igs.org/pipermail/igsmail/2022/008220.html> that there had been issues with the re-alignment of the IGS rapid clocks to the IGST starting at GPS week 2216. There were also subsequent issues with the IGS final clock re-alignments that happened in the following weeks. These issues have now been resolved, and the clock products were resubmitted to the global data centres. The impacted clock products which were all resubmitted are listed below:


-        IGS rapid clocks of GPS weeks 2216 to 2220, and IGS rapid clocks of GPS week 2223: these clock products were corrected and resubmitted in August 2022;

-        IGS final clocks of GPS weeks 2223, 2224, and 2226: these clock products were corrected and resubmitted in October 2022.

-        IGS final clocks of GPS weeks 2225 and 2227: these clock products were corrected and resubmitted in December 2022.
