[IGSMAIL-8245] Delay in IGS Rapid and Ultra-Rapid products [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear colleagues,

There was a delay of about 8 hours in the submission of IGS rapid products for GPS week 2224, day of week 3, as well as delays of 8 hours and 3.5 hours in the submission of IGS Ultra-Rapid products for GPS week 2224, day of week 4, hours 12 and 18. The delays were caused by a problem in the operational server of the IGS combination, whereby a volume was detached from the server overnight. The products are now generated manually, and uploaded to global data centres.
