[IGSMAIL-8140] Re: Release of updated compression software for RINEX

Dear colleagues,

The version number of the decompression program (crx2rnx.c) included in the software announced by igsmail #8133 was still outdated (4.0.8), so the source code has been corrected and recompiled, and the server files have been replaced.
There is no impact on the operation but just incorrect version number is shown in the help message.
If you have already downloaded it, please download it again and replace it.
