[IGSMAIL-8117] igs14_2186.atx. Update including correction of QZSS-2A satellite (J005) z-PCO for frequency J05

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_2186.atx'. It contains the following 
changes:


1) In the last ig14_2185.atx update the z-component for the frequency 
J05 of the latest QZSS satellite (J005) was slightly wrong. The value 
has been corrected:
      J04 (J005): J05 z-PCO old value     : 2596.9
                            updated values: 2596.79


2) One additional antenna type calibrations has been added that was 
performed by Geo++ GmbH:

       SPPSP85UHF      NONE
