[IGSMAIL-7996] GFZ data/product upload to CDDIS

Dear colleagues,

We are experiencing problems uploading our data and products to CDDIS since 30 November late afternoon.

We’re in contact with the support staff and we're working on resolving these issues.

Uploads to IGN and BKG are not affected.

Sorry for the inconveniences this might cause.
