[IGSMAIL-7985] Geoscience Australia Data Center Issues [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

Geoscience Australia is currently experiencing an issue with our data center which has resulted in some products not being distributed to IGS data centers since approximately 0100 UTC on day 302.

We are in the process of resolving the issue and the products will begin to become available again soon.

We have also experienced an issue with data not being updated on our FTP endpoint. This should be resolved very shortly. Please note that the issue did not impact our HTTP API.
