[IGSMAIL-7932] Perosanz Elected New IGS Governing Board Chair

Dear IGS Community,
On behalf of the IGS Governing Board, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Felix Perosanz will serve as the new IGS Governing Board Chair for the period of 2020-2024.
Felix obtained his PhD in Space Geodesy at the Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse, France. He is a GNSS expert at the French Space Agency (CNES) and has served as head of the CNES-CLS IGS Analysis Centre since 2007. Felix has been directly involved in successfully leading/contributing on several missions including: FOAM, GEODESIE, TOPEX/Poseidon, CHAMP and others. He possesses over 25 years of teaching experience in GNSS, Space Geodesy, Astronautics and Flight Dynamics at various institutions, and has served as the IGS GB Vice-Chair for nearly two years. Felix succeeds Gary Johnston as the 6th Chair of the IGS Governing Board.
