[IGSMAIL-7927] Delay in submission of IGS Rapid 2103-2 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay in the submission of the IGS rapid products for GPS week 2103, Day-of-week 2. This was due to the low free memory available in the server, which stopped the combination overnight. I apologise for any inconvenience made.
