[IGSMAIL-7907] IGS.org Website Transition and Service Downtime

Dear IGS Community Member,



The Central Bureau is pleased to announce that we will begin the first
phase of upgrading the IGS website this month. This upgrade is the result
of significant community feedback, and will feature a number of
improvements including a new navigation bar, enhanced network map, and more
secure file transfer/download. During this transition, we will be migrating
our entire digital infrastructure to a more secure cloud service.



Services will not be accessible starting: 18 March 2020 17:00 UTC

Services are expected to resume on or before:  21 March 2020 17:00 UTC



Services impacted by this downtime include:

   - *IGS.org website*
      - IGS Data and Products will continue to be available, without
      interruption, from our Global Data Centers at this time.

CDDIS:  ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gnss/products/

IGN:    ftp://igs.ensg.ign.fr/pub/igs/products/

SIO:    ftp://garner.ucsd.edu/pub/products/

   - IGS CB Real-Time caster and services provided by UCAR are expected to
      be unaffected by this change.


   - *Site Log Manager (SLM)*
   - *FTP services *
      - ALL FTP access to ftp://ftp.igs.org will be permanently terminated
      and replaced with a secured https://ftp.igs.org.
      - Data, content, and directory hierarchy will remain unchanged.
      Please ensure to update your scripts and programs to note the change.
   - *All “@igs.org <http://igs.org>” or “@lists.igs.org
   <http://lists.igs.org>” Mailing Lists *
      - This includes: IGSmail, working groups, committees, etc.

IGSmail and via social media on twitter (https://twitter.com/igsorg).
