[IGSMAIL-7903] IAG Newsletter celebrates two IGS Members

Dear IGS Community Member,

We would like to draw your attention to this month's IAG Newsletter
(attached and available in different formats (HTML, PDF) from the IAG
website at https://www.iag-aig.org/iag-newsletters/225) which contains an
obituary celebrating the life of Jim Slater, as well as a commemoration of
Ivan Mueller's 90th birthday.

All of us at the Central Bureau extend our sympathies to Jim's family, and
best wishes to Ivan. Furthermore, we would like to acknowledge and express
our great appreciation for the significant roles that both individuals
played in the formation and success of the IGS.
