[IGSMAIL-7871] igs14_2082.atx: Update including PRN change for C222 (C46) and C223 ()

Dear IGS colleagues!
The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs14_2082.atx'. It contains the
following changes:

1) The PRN/SVN assignments for satellites C222 and C223 have been changed according to the MGEX metadata information file (http://mgex.igs.org/igs_metadata_2081.snx).
  Following satellite entry date has been changed:
  C45 (form C222 to C223)
  C46: (form C223 to C222)



2) Two additional antenna type calibration has been added that were performed by Geo++ GmbH:



     - One robot calibration provided by  Septentrio has been added:
        AERAT1675_542E  NEVE


     - One robot calibration provided by  JAVAD GNSS, INC.  has been added:
        JAVTRIUMPH_3A   NONE

The updated antenna correction model is available at
