[IGSMAIL-7870] IGS Elections Results and Other Approved Appointments

Dear Associate Members and IGS Community in General,

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of our new members of the IGS Governing Board:

  1.  Dr. Benjamin Männel, as the new Analysis Center Representative
  2.  Mr. Ryan Ruddick, as the new Network Representative
Additionally, the following Ex-Officio/Appointments were approved:

  1.  Dr. Mayra Oyola (NASA JPL, USA) as GGOS Representative to IAG ICC for Climate.
  2.  Dr. Suelynn Choy (RMIT, Australia) as International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) Representative to the IGS GB.
  3.  Mr. Basara Miyahara (GSI, Japan) as IAG Representative.
  4.  Mr. Nick Brown (GA, Australia) and Dr. Arturo Villiger (AIUB, Switzerland) as IGS representatives to the GGOS Consortium.
  5.  Dr. Sharyl Byram  (US Naval Observatory, USA), as IGS Representative to IAG C4.
