[IGSMAIL-7846] Delay in submission of ultra-rapid products for 2077-1 h12 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of approximately 5.5 hours in the submission of the IGS ultra-rapid products for GPS week 2077, DoW 1, Hour 12.  There was a problem in the combination that stopped it from completing, after some manual intervention this was resolved.
