[IGSMAIL-7693] BKG-GDC: Temporary Unavailable on Saturday, 03-November-2018

Dear colleagues,

due to maintenance work on the electrical power supply at the BKG premises
in Frankfurt, Germany, the BKG GNSS Data Centre (IGS, EUREF) will be shut
down on Saturday, 03-November-2018 between 04:00 and 15:00 UTC. Booting of all
BKG server may take some time.
Note, that the BKG Real-Time Broadcaster (igs-ip, euref-ip, mgex-ip,
products-ip) won't be affected.
