[IGSMAIL-7551] Re-submission of Final products 1975 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear Colleagues,

There was an error in the final IGS products for week 1975, the submitted orbit products were not correctly aligned to IGS14. This has now been corrected and the final IGS products have been resubmitted to the global data centres.

In order to ensure any solution based on the IGS final products are consistent with IGS14 it will be necessary to re-download the IGS products for week 1975.  My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
