[IGSMAIL-7391] Re-submission of IGS1924 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear Colleagues,


We have re-submitted the IGS final products for week 1924. The previously released products did not include the contribution from NGS, but were part of the contribution for the IGS reference frame. In order to ensure that the reference frame and orbit solutions are consistent we have recombined the orbit products to include NGS and have resubmitted them to the data centres.
