NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to PRN04/SVN32 on:

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 1923.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
      4.4 mm/sec (radial)
    115.6 mm/sec (along track)
     -2.7 mm/sec (out of plane)
