[IGSMAIL-7371] ANMG and other JAXA stations RINEX header correction and replacement data

Dear all,

Thanks you for always taking care of me.

I corrected wrong writing in following JAXA stations RINEX header  
informed in the mail "[IGSMAIL-7365]  RINEX 3.02 bug in TRIMBLE NETR9  
firmware".

- ANMG
- BRUN
- CMUM
- CPNM
- DAE2
- DLTV
- EUSM
- JCTW
- JNAV
- NCKU
- PFRR

I have started to upload These RINEX files with corrected RINEX header  
to CDDIS server from DOY314.
And, I will re-upload older RINEX3 files during this month.
