NOTIFICATION:

We observed a series of four repositioning events with respect to
PRN32/SVN70 on:

23-Feb-2016 16:35:52 GPST (mean epoch of event)
24-Feb-2016 22:53:10 GPST (mean epoch of event)
01-Mar-2016 17:50:17 GPST (mean epoch of event)
02-Mar-2016 23:53:12 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 1885 and 1886, respectively.
