[IGSMAIL-7251] Delay in delivering final products for GPS week 1881 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear Colleagues,

For your information, there was delay in delivering the final product for GPS week 1881, they were not delivered to CDDIS until February 16th.

We took the decision to delay the delivery of the final IGS product rather than release it without the clock alignment procedure completed.  There was a technical issue preventing the completion of the clock alignment procedure. The technical issue was related to problems re-establishing the communication link between the NRL servers and the back-up server in the Amazon cloud, and was resolved on February 16th.
