Resubmission of Rapid IGS Combined Products for 1882.5 and 1882.6

We have had a data connection problem preventing the clock exchange to
occur between NRL and the ACC server based in Frankfurt. As an interim
measure we have brought a back up server based in Sydney on line to
run the IGS combination.

We have now re-aligned to the IGS time scale by the IGS Clock Product
Centre. The clock differences between all satellites and stations
within each epoch are identical with the old clock products and
therefore precise point positioning results and other purely geodetic
applications will not be affected by this change.  Only the time scale
of the clocks is affected.
