Resubmission of Rapid IGS Combined Products for 1882.5 and 1882.6

We have had a data connection problem preventing the clock exchange to occur between NRL and the ACC server based in Frankfurt. As an interim measure we have brou</font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">ght a back up server based in Sydney on line to run the IGS combination.</span></font></pre><pre style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:15px;margin-top:14pt;margin-bottom:14pt"><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">We have now </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">re-aligned </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">to the IGS </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">tim</span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">e scale by the IGS Clock Product Centre. </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">The clock differences between all satellites and stations within each epoc</span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">h </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">are identical with the old clock products and therefore precise point </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">positioning results and other purely geodetic applications will not be </span></font><font face="Courier New,monospace" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">affected by this change.  Only the time scale of the clocks is affected.</span></font></pre><pre style="color:rgb(33,33,33);font-size:15px;margin-top:14pt;margin-bottom:14pt"><font face="Courier New,monospace">
