[IGSMAIL-7244] gfzrnx-1.02-6427 released

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.02-6427).

Due to feedback we have fixed some bugs and have added some new features:

- rinex file comparison (-fdiff),
- simple output observation types sorting (-ots),
- keep all obs. types option (-kaot) nevertheless they are overall empty.

Please see the changelog.txt and the updated manual for details.
