[IGSMAIL-7195] PRN10/SVN73 repositionings

NOTIFICATION:

We observed two repositioning events with respect to PRN10/SVN73 on:

18-Nov-2015 10:35:05 GPST (mean epoch of event)
19-Nov-2015 16:51:31 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 1871.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
     83.4 mm/sec (radial)
  -5488.6 mm/sec (along track)
   -115.5 mm/sec (out of plane)
    104.3 mm/sec (radial)
  -5560.9 mm/sec (along track)
   -139.8 mm/sec (out of plane)
