Hello Ruth: When you follow the link https://connect.igs.org/associate-members <https://connect.igs.org/associate-members> and fill in all the all the information, the submission won’t let you complete unless you change your email address from the one IGS currently uses for you.  This does not sound like what you what every one to do.
