Dear Colleagues,

There was an issue in IGU/IGV (GLONASS Ultra-Rapid) yesterday
(1864_1_06) due to truncated file(s) during file transfer from
data centers.  This resubmission affected igu18641_06 orbit and
clocks and filling the missing igv18641_06.  Resubmission of
18641_12 to 18642_06 was to update the weighting table for
completeness.
