[IGSMAIL-7141] Update - gfzrnx 0.96(beta) RINEX-2/3 Tool

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next version 0.96 of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 Tool.

according to user feedback the following tasks have been completed:
- revised automatic file naming (real,nominal),
- updated/extended header editing options,
- minor enhancements and bug fixes,
- new gfzrnx linux 32 bit support.

Be aware, that the software is still in a beta state ! Please test and check
the results carefully before serious use.
