The issue described in
[IGSMAIL-7095]
 (
https://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pipermail/igsmail/2015/008285.html
) has been resolved and replaced in the IGS Data Centers.  Due to the
GPS timescale adjustment, the GPS clocks in the sp3 file and clk file
 are changed.  Also LOD (length of day) in ERP file is also affected.
Therefore, the report files (sum and cls) are also changed.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
