[IGSMAIL-7069] Update - gfzrnx 0.91(beta) RINEX-2/3 Tool

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next version 0.91 of the "gfzrnx"
RINEX-2/3 Tool.

Due to user feedback we have fixed bugs and have added new features:

- PRN selection modes (-prn , -no_prn),
- ASCII timeplot of observations availability (-stk_epo).

See the user manual for more details.

Be aware, that the software is still in a beta state !
Any feedback (suggestions, bugs, ...) is welcome and can be sent to:
