Dear Colleagues:
The computer servers performing the IGS combinations are experiencing
unplanned network outage. This outage began sometime after 12:15 (EDT)
but the recovery time is undetermined. The Rapid combination for 1834_4
was not delayed, but the Ultra-rapid combination for 1834_5_18 was not
delivered and all the subsequent Ultra-rapid products will be affected
until the missing products are all recovered. IGS Final orbit/clock
products for week 1832 will also be delayed until the recovery happens.
I have no information about the cause of the network outages, yet. I will
keep a close eye on the connectivity to the ACC servers over the weekend
to ensure minimizing interruption to service as the result of this network
outages.
Many thanks for your patience. And apologies for any inconvenience this
outage may have caused.
Best regards,
Kevin
