Dear IGS Colleagues,
Along with the announcement from GFZ about new RINEX2/3 manipulation tool,
we would like to inform that G-Nut/Anubis 1.3 for multi-GNSS data QC tool
(presented at the IGS 2014 Workshop) was released in January 2015,
today updated to version 1.3.2.
New Anubis 1.3 release is ready to support a complete multi-GNSS data qualitative
and quantitative check including data pre-processing, standard positioning and,
additionally, concatenating and saving navigation messages.
The software is available under the GPLv3 license (so far for Linux) from
the GOP web page: http://www.pecny.cz/Joomla25/index.php/gnss/sw/anubis
At download area you find both source code (.tgz) and linux 32-/64-bit pre-compiled binary files.
Web-menu at GOP also provides examples, gallery, description, configuration sample etc.

Summary of a Anubis 1.3 functionality is the following:
- support of RINEX 2.xx and 3.xx observation and navigation files
- merging and saving GNSS navigation messages into a RINEX 3.02 format (combined file)
- handling data from GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, QZSS, SBAS
- support all frequency bands, signals and observation types for the functionality:
- quantitative check
- collected frequency bands, signals, satellites, etc.
- data gaps, small data pieces, sampling rates and other interruptions
- qualitative characteristics
- code multipath RMS for all frequencies and signals (GPS,GLO,GAL,BDS,SBS,QZS)
- phase observations - cycle-slip detection and estimation (GPS, GLO, GAL, BDS)
all signals and frequencies
- GNSS standard positioning (stand-alone GPS, GLO, GAL, BDS)
- satellite elevation/azimuth calculation (supports sky plot and related visualizations)
- add-on perl modules for Anubis QC results visualization
The tool is ready to support the quality check of data collected within the
IGS M-GEX campaign as well as for facilitating the IGS RINEX3 transition plan.
The software was tested on several large data repositories:
- IGS-MGEX (2012-today) http://www.pecny.cz/Joomla25/index.php/gnss/data-center/igs-mgex
- EUREFv3 (2012-today) http://www.pecny.cz/Joomla25/index.php/gnss/data-center/eur-rnx3
- Historical EUREF archive (1996-2014)
Best regards
The G-Nut team @ IGS GOP AC
