Dear Colleagues,

Power was restored shortly before 03:00 UTC in time for the 1738_1_00
Ultra-rapid combination. In the meantime, the following missing
product files were resubmitted to the Data Centers:

igu17380_12.[sp3,erp,sum]
igu17380_18.[sp3,erp,sum]

igr17376.[sp3,clk,erp,sum]

Thank you for your patience, and again my apologies for any
inconvenience this latest outage caused.
