[IGSMAIL-6614] CDDIS servers down

NASA Goddard has suffered a complete power failure today due to extremely strong storms that came through the area last night (June 29). The CDDIS is down at this time and will remain so until power can be restored to the center which could take another one to two days. We regret the problems the outage is causing the community but this is truly out of our control.
