[IGSMAIL-6602] Status IGS technical report 2011

Dear colleagues,

the IGS Technical Report 2011 is taking shape and we want to thank all of you 
who have submitted a contribution to the IGS technical report 2011 in time. The 
current status of the submissions can be seen at
    http://www.igstr.aiub.unibe.ch/ .

We have just started to reformat the contributions to LaTeX. We expect that
this will take us about two to three weeks.

Since we know that a few colleagues are still working on their reports we will
include all reports received until

        June 18th, 2012

After this date we cannot accept further contributions because we want to
finalize the document as soon as possible.

As announced in the guidelines (and earlier mails), we will indicate missing
reports from important IGS components (analysis centers, global data centers,
and working groups -- see http://www.igstr.aiub.unibe.ch/) in the document.
