[IGSMAIL-6582] BKG Outage on May 12, 2012

Because of maintenance work at the power supply of the BKG facility in
Frankfurt on Saturday, May 12, 2012 all computer will be shutdown. This
outage will affect our GNSS data center, broadcaster for real-time data
streams and other services. 

The large number of servers (more than 200) requires that some computer
will be switched off even the day before. The restart of all services is
planned during Saturday.
