[IGSMAIL-6546] CDDIS computer outage today (28-Feb-2012)

Unfortunately, the CDDIS will have to be shut down for a few
hours starting at 09:30 a.m. EST (14:30 UTC) due to the high
temperatures in our computer facility. We hope that the work
on the building's cooling system will be completed quickly so
our operations can be restored. We apologize for the problems
this outage will cause the users; alternative data centers are
listed in my original message below.
