[IGSMAIL-6543] Possible CDDIS computer outage (28-Feb-2012)

Maintenance work on the cooling system for the entire building 
housing the CDDIS servers is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 
2012 starting at 06:00 EST (11:00 UTC) and lasting 8 to 10 hours.
We will try to keep the CDDIS up and running during the work but 
the system may have to be shut down if the temperature in the 
computer room goes too high. We will try to keep the user 
community informed if the system requires shutdown.

Should the CDDIS be unavailable, users can access one of the other
data centers supporting the services:
