[IGSMAIL-6462] Possible CDDIS computer outage

Maintenance work on the air conditioning unit in the 
computer room housing the CDDIS servers is scheduled for
Tuesday, September 13 from 07:00-12:00 EDT (11:00-16:00
UTC). We will try to keep the CDDIS up and running during
the work but the system may have to be shut down if the
temperature in the computer room goes too high. We will 
try to keep the user community informed if the system 
requires shutdown.
