[IGSMAIL-6460] OLG_RDC_problem

Dear colleagues,


Quite surprisingly the Space Research Institute of the Austrian Academy 
of Sciences decided to switch off almost all servers in the computer 
centre from Monday, September 5th 10h UT to Thursday, September 8th 
10UT. The reason is the implementation of a new climatization for the 
centre which arrived today. Therefore the services of OLG RDC must be 
reduced. Data can still be uploaded to olggps.oeaw.ac.at, but underlie 
some restrictions:

- data files will be sorted into the regular directories, but not 
checked. The ftp server is too weak to check each file. Additionally 
some programs like teqc do not run on the machine due to a different 
operating system.
- files using the conventional form for uploading, like GRAZ2470.11D.Z 
or graz2470.11d.Z , should be stored without problems. Files using .gz 
or .z (small) or .11o or .11O extensions will be handled manually, if 
possible. Such files will be stored into trash directories for the first 
time.

- no additional downloads will be made for files from other data centers 
because of security and loading reasons. Therefore some IGS and non-IGS 
and non-EPN stations will be missed for some days.
