[IGSMAIL-6436] CDDIS Computer System Outage

The computer room housing the CDDIS servers suffered a total
power failure early this evening. The outage has affected 
several GSFC computer facilities. Unfortunately, at this 
time we do not have an estimate as to when power will be 
restored. We will keep the user community informed as we
know more.
