We've had another RAID device failure and are currently unable to 
communicate with this disk array.  As a result, parts of the archive and 
web page map layers may be unavailable.  We are also currently 
rebuilding another RAID device after another disk failure on it.

Due to the condition of these devices, additional problems may occur 
after services are restored.
